Reps are more important.
Reps are where the GOLD is.
Most peolpe do a lot of heavy weight but they still have small legs.
I trained with some of the best squatters in the world.
Fred Hathaway had tiny little legs, he squatted 1000lbs (453 kg)
But the secret really is doing the heavy weights for high reps.
That´s the secret.
Most peolpe think it´s all about the heavy weights, it´s not.
The weight doesn´t matter if your form and technique is pure, size and strenght will follow.

High-rep range is typically 15-20 reps per set.
Moderate-rep range is 8-12 reps per set.
Low-rep range is usually anything between 2-6 reps per set.
